Meet the Team
Kalamoo is a family run, non-profit born out of a deep love to bring people together in a fun way.
Some call us the joint because we help people to connect.

Meet Cusi. A bilingual military wife, mom, caretaker of her fathers and community volunteer. Some call Cusi a joint because of her talent of bringing people together. From childhood, her giving heart and resourcefulness have presented many opportunities for her to bring out the best in people. Starting in 2007, she organized her first neighborhood National Night Out event. In 2013, she teamed with Obici Hospital and several local communities to create the combined event of NNO Obici. Cusi’s vision for Kalamoo is to share the gifts and tools at her disposal to aid like-minded organizations and communities reach more people than they could on their own. She believes the neighbors that play together stay together!
